Legit Legal Heads Up: First of all, make sure you bring a picture identification (ID). ALL CLUBS CHECK IDs and usually place a stamp persons 18-20 years old because they are underage for drinking. If you don't provide picture ID, even if you are 21 or older, you won't be allowed to drink alcohol. Florida's legal drinking age is 21. Beach Police Officers can and will stop you and ask for ID. Be prepared! Florida's Open Container Law Opened alcoholic beverages are NOT PERMITTED inside vehicles in the State of Florida, no matter what time of year. Also, open containers are not allowed within 50 feet of a public thoroughfare, meaning any road, especially Front Beach Road , along the strip. Dont get caught with an open container of alcohol in your car (whether it is yours or passengers) and DO NOT walk along the highway drinking.

Serious Safety Heads Up: Please realize that the law enforcement officers on Panama City Beach Florida DO NOT WANT TO CALL YOUR PARENTS to report accidents or death, if they can help prevent them. Balcony climbing is not only VERY DANGEROUS it is against the law, punishable by fine and/or jail time. Most motels automatically evict guests caught climbing or hanging off balconies. And will not refund security deposits.

Pay attention to the WARNING FLAGS: Flags are color-coded indicating certain information. Blue flags indicate calm seas. Yellow flag indicates practice caution. Red flags indicate to stay out of the water! Undertows and riptides are dangerous for even the best swimmers. There are warning flags every so many feet down the entire beach. Please check the flags or a lifeguard before entering the water. Remember, have fun but please be please practice safety precautions! Also remember, even though it is Spring Break, and the weather is usually in the mid 70's during the day, the nights can sometimes be cool. Bring a jacket or at least long sleeves and jeans for that one time you wished you had. And don't forget your sunscreen. getting sunburned on your first day of Spring Break will put a major damper on the rest of your vacation. We want you to have a blast, not get blasted by the sun. Just in case you do get sick or hurt Panama City Beach has 2 walk-in clinics close to the Bikini Beach Resort.

A FINAL WORD ABOUT SAFETY: Pay attention to your alcohol consumption and that of your friends. A hangover is the least that can happen when you overindulge. Drinking and driving, whether in a vehicle or a moped, jet ski, or walking along the highway, is very dangerous. Not only do you risk your life and the lives of others, you risk JAIL TIME. Law enforcements will be more present around this time of year due to the tourist attraction and what not so please play it safe and do not try anything that could jeopardize your stay! The Bikini Beach Resort wishes all of our Spring Break guests a fantastic and safe vacation and hope to have everyone back the following year!
