Snowbirds

Take advantage of our low monthly rates available for seniors 65 and over. Efficiency units are priced at an affordable rate, based on double occupancy and include no housekeeping service. It's basically like renting an efficiency apartment for a month. We provide utilities, cable and basic dinnerware and cookware. Coffee makers are available upon request.

Advance Payment
We require a $100 advance payment in the form of cash, check, money order or major credit card / debit card to confirm your reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you are staying longer than 1 month, the advance deposit will apply toward your last month.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation you must call 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of advance payment, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping service is provided once a week on a designated day for monthly guests. Our housekeeping staff will change your linens, empty the trash, clean the bathroom, vacuum, and mop the floor. Guests are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean (i.e. stove, oven, refrigerator). Guests may borrow brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners from the housekeeping staff any day during 8AM - noon. Monthly guests must provide their own dish and bath soaps and any other paper products.

There is NO CHARGE for these services, however, should the room require excessive cleaning after checkout, the guest will be assessed for an additional charge.

Other Policies
All monthly rentals must pay by the 1st of the month by cash, check, money order or major credit / debit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Extra guests, up to the room's occupancy limit, may stay for a charge of $10 per guest, per night. Keep in mind, all above rates do not include lodging tax. There is no charge for local, collect or calling card telephone calls.
